Residential Terms and Services related to:
We understand the importance of giving you all of the information up front so that you can make the best decision possible for your home.
• Payment is expected at time of service unless prior arrangements have been made
• $20.00 credit on next cleaning if someone books a cleaning with us from your referral
• Price is based on per job cleaning (not hourly)
• Finance charges applied if late and insufficient charges will be applied for returned checks
• 24 hour cancellation notice required or billed 1/2 of cleaning for day of service, if not given enough notice for rescheduling
• All cleans may be subject to a $20 service fee added to the quoted price for first time cleans, depending on the status of your home. A $40 service fee may be charged for failure to give us 48 hours notice.
• Contracts are not available.
• Referrals available upon request
• Initial charge applies at beginning of service usually
• House should be picked up from clutter/toys upon us arriving to clean
• Master sheet of account is filled out for master file only
Commercial Terms and Services related to:
We understand the importance of giving you all of the information up front so that you can make the best decision possible for your office.
• No contracts are required, however a terms of service agreement must be signed prior to us beginning work. This agreement states the terms under which we will be providing service and that you agree to pay
• We have a net 15 status, any late payments could incur a 1% collection fee of the total invoice and a $5/day service charge not to exceed 90 days.
• All billing will proceed no later than the 1st Tuesday of the following month of service. Consistent late payments may result in a prepaid service charge in the amount of 50% of the monthly bill
• Providing us with other clients will incur a 20% discount of the total monthly bill.
• Porter service will be provided to those who request it at a cost of $12/hr, but 48 hours notice must be given. Failure to provide us with 48 hours notice, may result in a service charge of 5% of the monthly bill.
Other Services Provided:
Our other services provide our clients with the convenience of knowing that one company can and will handle all of your needs. These services may be provided by a sub-contractor due to the scheduling and timing of your needs. We will disclose this to you at the time you request the services. All payments must be made at the time stated below and any late fees and service charges may be added for failure to do so.
• Pest control services are completed by a fully licensed and professional independent contractor. We try our best to provide you with the best services and price possible. Payment for these services will be due at the time of completion.
• You landscaping and lawn care may be completed by an independent contractor and will be required at the time of service. You may make arrangements for payment monthly depending on the circumstance.
• Pressure washing services must be paid at the time of completion.
• Roofing can be provided by an licensed and independent contractor. Payments may need to be made directly to the provider.
• Air Duct cleaning services may be provided by an independent contractor. Payment for these services will be due at the time of completion.
• Grocery services can be provided to you with a 15% markup and a minimum service fee of $20. Single items costing more than $50/per must be stated to our agent prior to the purchase. Items such as alcohol and cigarettes will require a valid state issued document, passport, or other item that clearly states your age and can be proven in the court of law. A maximum will be set on these items.
• We are truly your one stop shop, therefore if you can think of other services you need, please just ask. If it is within our legal realm, we will do our best to provide you with the service.
Privacy Policy:
Clean-Rite cleaning Services recognizes how important it is to respect the privacy of the information submitted to us. Our company policy we have established consists of collecting the information that is submitted and used for internal review only. Your information will not be provided to 3rd Party services without your prior approval. Please contact us for further information regarding the information we can or will not provide. A checklist of our processes can be provided upon your request.
